Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Midwifery (TSR3 or 4 dependent on experience) Full time (1.0 FTE) £39,906 - £50,253 per annum pro rata (dependent on experience) Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months (Maternity Cover) Location: Chester

Responsibilities

- Be a pivotal influence on the careers of aspiring midwives and help shape compassionate, skilled, and innovative healthcare providers. - Bring your clinical expertise into the classroom, using real-world scenarios to engage students and foster hands-on learning. - Work alongside passionate educators in a collaborative environment that values teamwork and, the advancement of the nursing profession.

Requirements

- Be a Registered Midwife on the NMC register. - Experience in teaching is essential and a teaching qualification, such as a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education or Fellowship of Advance HE (FHEA) is desirable. - High level of clinical competence and credibility in a relevant area of expertise.
