About the role
The Department of Psychology at Lake Forest College seeks a part-time lecturer to teach one course in Spring 2027 (January 19 – May 12, 2027).
Responsibilities
- Teach a 100- or 200-level elective course from the following list: PSYC 195 (Cross-Cultural Psychology), PSYC 206 (Human Sexuality), PSYC 211 (Adulthood & Aging)
Requirements
- A Ph.D. (or ABD) in psychology or a related field is required.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching is strongly preferred.
Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience teaching at the college level.
Skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse student population are essential.
Benefits
