About the role

Lecturer-Pool faculty are term positions hired to teach one to four courses per semester. Course requirements may include a combination of teaching at the main campus in Huntsville, and online classes, depending on the needs of the academic department.

Responsibilities

• Teach one to four courses per semester
• Teach both on-campus and online classes as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of a Master's degree in a related field for lower level course offerings
• Teaching experience preferred

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to work in a smoke-free environment

Skills

• Effective communication skills
• Ability to teach a variety of courses
