About the Role

Performs the function of teaching with renewable contracts. Not eligible for tenure. Instructors who meet departmental, school or college, and institutional criteria may be promoted to the rank of Lecturer. Lecturers are members of the Non-Tenure Track Faculty.

Under exceptional circumstances, individuals may be initially appointed as Lecturers. Lecturers shall ordinarily be given notice of non-renewal not later than twelve months before the expiration of their appointment.

• MFA or PhD in English or related field
