Lecturer in Computing

About the role

UHI Moray are looking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced individual to the post of Lecturer in Computing. This is an on-campus role. All appointments are subject to appropriate PVG Scheme membership or Disclosure Scotland check.

Requirements

• Educated to SCQF Level 9
• Experience of Software Development
• Experience of Mobile Technologies
• Programming skills (e.g. C#, PHP, HTML & CSS)
• Knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL & Normalisation)
• Previous teaching or training in Computing (desirable)

Pay

Salary range £43,403 – £52,247 pro rata, per annum.

Schedule

15.22 hours per week (0.435 FTE). Job share considered.

Contract

Fixed term until 29 January 2027.
