About the role

The Department of Economics and Business at Cornell College invites applications for a part-time lecturer position to teach a course in Financial Accounting. The course runs from January 11, 2027, to February 3, 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Financial Accounting to undergraduate students.
  • Meet daily, Monday through Friday, for three and a half weeks.
  • Class size is typically limited to 25 students per session.

Requirements

  • A master’s degree.
  • A professional accounting certification.
  • Experience in teaching Financial Accounting.
  • A PhD is preferred but not required.

Schedule
