Responsibilities

• Teach GEO 102 - Oral Communication
• Participate in classroom exercises and practice public speaking

Requirements

• ABD in Communication/Media Studies or closely related field
• Experience and demonstrated effectiveness with in-person classroom instruction and Learning Management Systems such as Canvas, Moodle, or Blackboard
• Minimum of 1 year as teacher of record pertinent to subject area

Preferred Qualifications

• A doctorate in Communication/Media Studies or closely related field
• Pertinent expertise to teach courses in our Communication/Media Studies programs
• Intercultural competence and a commitment to serving the campus community
