Missouri University of Science and Technology’s Engineering Management and Systems Engineering department and the Kummer College of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Economic Development are seeking a Lecturer.
About the role
Teach two courses:
- KC 5001 – Team Innovation Projects (focus on constraint-based management, decision-making, and diagnosing/addressing systems constraints)
- ENG MNGT 3510 – Marketing Management (examines marketing in technology-based organizations, including product development, market research, distribution channels, advertising, and marketing strategy)
Qualifications
- Minimum: BS Degree in Engineering Management, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline with over 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Preferred:
- Industry experience utilizing the Theory of Constraints to optimize systems and enhance decision-making.
- Corporate or university teaching experience on engineering management and systems engineering topics, particularly the Theory of Constraints.
- Ability to contribute to course and curriculum development, including project-based and experiential learning.
