About the Role

The Department of Women's and Gender Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks to hire a visiting instructor for two sections of an undergraduate seminar on the topic of Women in Science for the Spring 2027 semester.

Responsibilities

  • Teach two sections of an undergraduate seminar on Women in Science

Minimum Qualifications

  • MA in Women's and Gender Studies or other related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD preferred
  • Demonstrate a promise of excellence and innovation in teaching and research
  • Experience working with diverse students
  • Prior experience teaching in a higher education setting
