Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person tours with prospective residents and perform warm hand-offs for scheduled tours.
• Keep Funnel/Outlook calendar updated so tours can be scheduled appropriately.
• Build rapport with prospective and current residents through clear, professional, and timely communication.
• Address resident concerns, provide accurate information about policies, and ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to move-in, contributing to high resident satisfaction and positive NPS scores.
• Utilize property management software, digital marketing tools, and leasing platforms to track leads, manage applications, and maintain accurate records.
• Leverage technology to enhance workflow efficiency, monitor occupancy trends, and support marketing strategies, ensuring optimal community visibility and operational success.
• Plan and facilitate resident events, coordinate outreach programs, and stay aware of resident needs and preferences to enhance resident satisfaction and community involvement.
• Identify and resolve resident concerns, from maintenance issues to service inquiries, with a solution-oriented approach.
• Help enhance the move-in experience after residents have signed their leases with the Application Admin and improve the community’s curb appeal.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively over writing, phone, and computer mediums.
• Proficiency in using technology including computer software and iPad.
• Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation is required.
• If minimum qualifications are met during resume screening, the Wonderlic pre-employment assessment is required.

Pay

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
