About the role
This important role supports our Reserve at Palestine (80 units Senior Community) located in Palestine, TX. Position Type: Part-time at 24 hours/week. Pay: $18/hour.
Responsibilities
- Show market-ready apartments and community to customers
- Prepare application and lease documents for new residents
- Assist in marketing promotions
- Generate sales to increase occupancy
- Promote resident retention programs
- Compile reports and maintain files while adhering to company policies and fair housing laws
Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience in the real estate, retail, or customer service industry
- Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)
- Ability to represent the company in its relations with residents, employees, and local vendors
