Leasing Specialist - Part-Time

POSITION SUMMARY

The Part-Time Leasing Agent supports the community by providing excellent customer service at the front desk, assisting current residents, and helping with leasing activities as needed. This role is responsible for handling package intake, answering resident questions, maintaining a secure lobby environment, and supporting the leasing team during tours and application processing.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports the community by providing excellent customer service at the front desk, assisting current residents, and helping with leasing activities as needed.
• Handles package intake, answers resident questions, maintains a secure lobby environment, and supports the leasing team during tours and application processing.
• Responsible for remaining calm and collected in high-stress situations and taking pride in providing excellent service.
• Works to maintain a warm, friendly demeanor while ensuring all interactions are professional and courteous.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plus
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
