Leasing Specialist - Part-Time

About the role

This part-time leasing role sits at the Logan, Utah community and pays $18.00 per hour with performance bonuses on top. The day-to-day is front-desk focused. You'll greet prospects and residents, handle package intake, keep the lobby running smoothly, and answer questions as they come in. When the leasing team needs support, you step in: tours, application processing, and whatever else moves traffic through the door. Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of customer service or sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency: email, correspondence, data entry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Calm and dependable under pressure

Skills

• Familiarity with Entrata or similar property management software (preferred, not required) — if you've used other PM software, that background transfers; if you haven't used any, be upfront about it
• Ability to stay composed when multiple people need something at once
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role where the pace spikes without warning

Pay

$18.00 per hour with performance bonuses on top.
