About the role
This position is responsible for leasing apartments in two communities: Cypress Court and Grand Gateway.Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Handle inquiries from potential tenants via phone and email.
- Conduct tours of available units.
- Prepare lease agreements and process paperwork.
- Manage tenant relations and address any issues promptly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in real estate or related field is a plus.
