Leasing Specialist- Cypress Court + Grand Gateway

About the role

This position is responsible for leasing apartments in two communities: Cypress Court and Grand Gateway.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Handle inquiries from potential tenants via phone and email.
• Conduct tours of available units.
• Prepare lease agreements and process paperwork.
• Manage tenant relations and address any issues promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in real estate or related field is a plus.
