Leasing Professional - The Residences at Courthouse Square

About the role

Greystar is a leading real estate platform managing and operating over $300 billion of real estate in more than 265 markets globally. This position is located at The Residences at Courthouse Square in Flemington, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, credit screen, and perform criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure move-in readiness, and address any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy, follow policies for concessions, specials, and programs, and execute marketing activities using various tools.
• Track apartment availability, record leasing activities, manage resident data, and ensure show units meet quality standards.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents, execute lease renewal programs, and respond to resident concerns and requests.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb, reach, carry up to 25 pounds, and crawl in confined areas.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform tasks requiring physical effort.

Qualifications

• All licenses and certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Skills

• Proficiency in on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00.

Schedule

This role requires a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
