• The Role: This position will work at multiple communities: Avalon Marlborough and Kanso Milford
• Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, 1+ year experience in a leasing or customer service role in the real estate or property management industry required, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite, Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
