About the role

Greystar is a leading real estate platform offering property management, investment management, development, and construction services in institutional-quality rental housing. This role is located at The Edgewater on Lake Fairview in Orlando, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, conduct credit screenings, and perform criminal background checks.
  • Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-ins, and address any outstanding maintenance items with the maintenance team.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, develop and implement marketing plans, and follow policies related to concessions and special programs.
  • Create and execute marketing activities, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, and use internet marketing tools.
  • Track apartment availability, record leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and ensure the show units meet quality standards.
  • Follow up with prospects and new residents, respond to resident concerns, and take prompt action to solve problems or document requests.
  • Support the lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and packages, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring timely implementation of lease renewal documents.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects up to 25 pounds, and crawl in confined areas.
  • Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or real estate preferred.
  • Knowledge of apartment leasing processes and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00.
