About the role
Greystar is a leading real estate platform offering property management, investment management, development, and construction services in institutional-quality rental housing. This role is located in Littleton, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, credit screen, and perform criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-ins, and address any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
- Stay informed about market and competitor conditions, develop and implement marketing plans, and follow policies related to concessions and special programs.
- Create and execute marketing activities, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, and use internet marketing tools.
- Use on-site property management software to track apartment availability, record leasing activities, and manage resident data.
- Inspect and maintain show units to meet show quality standards, communicate maintenance needs to the maintenance team, and ensure the leasing office is prepared for daily activities.
- Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction, send thank-you notes, and make calls or contacts to finalize lease signings.
- Support the lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and packages, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring timely implementation of lease renewal documents.
- Respond to resident and client inquiries promptly and take prompt action to solve problems or document requests.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- All licenses and certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
