Leasing Professional - Lease Up - Ophelia

About the role

Greystar is a leading real estate platform managing and operating over $300 billion of real estate in more than 265 markets globally. This position is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, credit screen, and perform criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages, inspect apartments before move-in, address outstanding items with the maintenance team, and ensure move-in is smooth.
• Develop and implement marketing plans, follow policies on concessions and special programs, and track apartment availability and leasing activities using on-site property management software.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards, communicate maintenance needs to the maintenance team, and prepare the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents, execute lease renewal activities, and respond to resident and client inquiries promptly.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and work in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in on-site property management software.
• Knowledge of market trends and competitive strategies.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00. Additional compensation may include participation in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance, and weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs for onsite property positions.

Schedule

This position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
