Leasing Professional - Diamond Rock Rentals

About the role

The Leasing Professional at Diamond Rock Rentals is responsible for coordinating the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
• Ensure a stellar move-in experience for our customers
• Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
• Community event planning and execution
• Utilize social media and internet platforms to market available units
• Aid in lease renewals
• Respond to resident concerns

Requirements

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of property management software (Yardi/One Site)

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $17.50 - $20.00.

Schedule

Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.

Additional Compensation

• Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
• Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
