Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, credit screen, and perform criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-ins, and address any outstanding maintenance items with the maintenance team.
- Stay informed about market conditions, develop and implement marketing plans, and follow policies related to concessions and special programs.
- Create and execute marketing activities, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, and use internet marketing tools.
- Track apartment availability, record leasing activities, manage resident data, and ensure show units meet quality standards.
- Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction, send thank-you notes, and make calls or contacts to finalize lease signings.
- Support lease renewal program by preparing letters and packages, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring timely implementation of lease renewal documents.
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident and client inquiries, take prompt action to solve problems, and document and convey resident or other requests.
Requirements
- All licenses and/or certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions.
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry up to 25 pounds independently, and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Rare or regular travel may be required.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management or similar field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).

- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
