We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: About Greystar (company description) but not "About the role". There's a "Job Description Summary" which is about the role. Could map to "About the role". There's "Job Description" with details like Property Type, Garden Stage, Unit Count, Schedule: Monday-Friday + rotating weekends. That's schedule. Also "Job Requirements: Essential Responsibilities:" list of duties. That's responsibilities. Also "Required Licenses or Certifications:" etc. That's qualifications/requirements. Also "Physical Demands:" maybe part of requirements. Also "The hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00" => Pay. Also "Additional Compensation:" maybe part of Pay/Benefits. Also "Robust Benefits Offered*:" list => Benefits. Also "Schedule: Monday-Friday + rotating weekends" => Schedule. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can combine some. For example, "About the role" could be the Job Description Summary. "Responsibilities" from Essential Responsibilities list. "Requirements" could include Required Licenses or Certifications, Physical Demands, maybe also "Incumbents must have all licenses..." etc. "Qualifications" maybe not separate; we could omit if no distinct content. "Skills" maybe not explicit; could omit. "Benefits" from Robust Benefits Offered. "Pay" from hourly range and additional compensation. "Schedule" from schedule line. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, scam warning, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from the posting except boilerplate. Let's extract substantive content: - About Greystar description (company overview). Might be considered "About the role"? Actually it's about the company. Could be placed under "About the role" or maybe we could create a section "About Greystar"? But headings limited to given list. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., meaning those are examples; we can use those headings. It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map content to those headings. "About the role" could include the Job Description Summary and maybe also the company overview? The company overview is about Greystar, not the role. But maybe we can put it under "About the role" as context. However the instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". It doesn't forbid including company description. I'd include it under About the role. Let's parse sections: About the role: - Job Description Summary: "This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals." - Also maybe include Property Type: Garden, Stage: Stabilized, Unit Count: 437. Those are details about the community. Could be part of About the role. Responsibilities: - Essential Responsibilities list (multiple bullet points). We'll convert each sentence into
  • . Requirements: - Required Licenses or Certifications: "Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions" - "Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property." - Physical Demands: list of abilities. - Also maybe "Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends and holidays." That's schedule but could be under Requirements? But we have separate Schedule section. Qualifications: - Not explicit; maybe we could combine with Requirements. But we need to include a section only if there is real specific content. If we don't have distinct qualifications, we could omit Qualifications section. Skills: - Not explicit; maybe we could infer from responsibilities (e.g., using property management software, marketing activities). But better to omit if not explicit. Benefits: - Robust Benefits Offered*: list. Pay: - "The hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00" - Additional Compensation: Many factors..., Corporate Positions..., Onsite Property Positions... (these are about bonus eligibility). We'll include under Pay. Schedule: - "Schedule: Monday-Friday + rotating weekends" - Also "Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends and holidays." Could be included. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. Also remove "Important Notice:" etc. Now produce HTML fragment with

    headings and appropriate
