About the role
Greystar is a leading, fully integrated global real estate platform offering expertise in property management, investment management, development, and construction services in institutional-quality rental housing. This position is located in Augusta, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, credit screen, and perform criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-ins, and address any outstanding maintenance issues.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, internet marketing, and follow community-specific marketing plans.
- Track apartment availability, record leasing activities, manage resident data, and ensure show units meet quality standards.
- Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and execute lease renewal activities.
- Respond to resident and client inquiries, take prompt action to solve problems, and document resident or other requests.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
- Able to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive strategies.

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00.
