About the role
We are seeking a full-time Leasing Professional to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, NV. This position is located at Gemma, a mid-rise, 337-unit multifamily project designed to emphasize an artful, modern living experience. The community includes three seven-story apartment buildings totaling 531,982 square feet, with 8,600 square feet of ground-level retail and restaurant space. Residences range from studios to two-bedroom units (585–1,254 sq ft). Amenities feature a two-story fitness center, pool and spa, co-working space, library, rooftop deck, outdoor lounge with fireplace, concierge, courtyards, dog park, resident lounge, outdoor grills and bars, virtual reality room, and a shared 353-space garage with EV charging stations.
Responsibilities
- Greet future residents, determine needs and preferences, and professionally present property and specific apartments while providing features and benefits.
- Complete all reporting requirements, including outreach marketing, traffic reports, daily checklists, and maintaining Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and Property Management System (PMS).
- Assist in resident retention programs, resident appreciation days, and special functions (participation in at least one after-hours event per month required).
- Enter prospect and resident information into CRM, including phone calls, visits, demographics, wants/needs, apartments shown, and all community-related activity.
- Process lease applications, collect proof of income, gain management approval, and notify prospective residents of results within 24–72 hours. Schedule lease pre-signing within 72 hours of approval and coordinate move-in appointments and freight elevator use.
- Type miscellaneous resident communications as needed.
- Assist with monthly advertising review updates and advertising binder maintenance.
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior sales, customer service, or leasing experience.
- Fair Housing training (preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong telephone and interpersonal skills to professionally engage clients, vendors, and coworkers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize, demonstrate urgency, and manage multiple projects to completion.
- Ability to work independently, seek clarification when needed, and handle pressure, interruptions, and unexpected events.
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree.
- Experience with YARDI software.
Pay
Up to $23/hour + commissions.
Schedule
Must be able to work weekends.
