Morgan Properties is seeking a customer-focused Leasing Professional to join their team at Windsor Lakes, a 762-unit community in Woodridge, IL. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can contribute to a team that prioritizes excellent service and community building.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities.
• Convert leads into leases through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Manage applications, lease paperwork, move-ins, and renewals.
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries.
• Build relationships with current residents to encourage renewals and resident satisfaction.
• Partner with your onsite team to achieve occupancy and leasing goals.

Requirements

• Multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Sales, retail, or hospitality experience strongly considered.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are motivated by sales, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. While multifamily leasing experience is preferred, we also welcome candidates with experience in retail sales, hospitality, banking, wireless sales, or other customer-facing sales environments who have a proven ability to build relationships and close sales.

Skills

Exceptional customer service, relationship-building, organizational skills, and a passion for multifamily leasing are essential.
