Responsibilities

• Connect with prospects and residents to understand their needs and preferences
• Take initiative in engaging prospects and solving problems
• Create an exceptional resident experience through relationship-building
• Drive the success of the community by connecting people with homes

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience required
• Leasing or sales experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff
• Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service

Pay

• Excellent Base Pay: $20.00 – $22.00/hour

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Off on Sundays and another day during the week
• Schedule subject to change based on business needs
