As a Leasing Consultant, you are one of the first and most important points of contact for our community. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional leasing experience, connecting prospective residents with the right apartment home, generating sales, and building strong relationships with current and future residents. Our ideal candidate is confident, personable, goal-oriented, and genuinely enjoys working with people. You should be comfortable in a sales-focused environment and motivated to consistently achieve and exceed leasing goals.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional leasing experience for prospective residents
• Connect prospective residents with the right apartment home
• Generate sales and build strong relationships with current and future residents
• Consistently achieve and exceed leasing goals

Requirements

• Affordable housing experience (required)
• Class A property experience (preferred)
• Weekend availability (required)
• Experience with OneSite (preferred)
• Experience with Knock (preferred)
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
