Leasing Professional - Aris Market Square

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
• Process documentation such as credit screening, criminal background checks, lease and move in packages and lease signing
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy and ensure the apartment is in excellent condition prior to move in
• Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
• Achieve the property’s revenue and occupancy goals by directing the marketing, advertising and sales actives as well as ensure the apartments are available for occupancy
• Assist with the lease renewal program and the communication process
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Prior experience in customer service or sales experience preferred
• Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with property management software preferred; Entrada experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Work indoors approximately 95% of the time and outdoors approximately 5% of the time
• Use olfactory, auditory, and visual senses to inspect building and detect emergency alarms
• Occasionally perform physical inspections of the property which may include climbing up and down stairs or accessing restrictive openings
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs
• Be accessible 24 hours a day in case of an emergency and perform on-site operations management during natural disasters
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Compensation: $18.50/hr - $21.50/hr
