About the role

Greystar is a leading real estate platform offering property management, investment management, development, and construction services in rental housing. This role involves performing all sales and leasing activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, conduct credit screenings, and perform criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-ins, and address any outstanding maintenance items with the maintenance team.
• Stay informed about market conditions, develop and implement marketing plans, and follow policies related to concessions, specials, and other programs to boost occupancy.
• Create and execute marketing activities, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, using internet marketing tools, and following community-specific marketing plans.
• Use on-site property management software to track apartment availability, record leasing activities, manage resident data, and capture relevant information.
• Inspect and maintain show units to ensure they meet company standards, communicate maintenance needs to the maintenance team, and prepare the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction, send thank-you notes, and make calls or contacts to finalize lease signings and renewals.
• Support the lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and packages, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring timely implementation of lease renewal documents.
• Respond to resident and client inquiries promptly and take prompt action to solve problems or document requests.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry up to 25 pounds independently, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Pay

The hourly range for the position is $20.00 - $22.00.

Schedule

A flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
