Duties/Responsibilities

  • Understand the housing contract document and all related addendums and communicate all relative information to prospects and residents.
  • Generate new leads, schedule & conduct tours, enter data into the Property Management Software, and follow up with prospects.
  • Aid the Associate Community Manager in promoting the community via social media platforms, participating in on- and off-campus marketing events, and unit assignments and placements.
  • Track and report leasing data, metrics, and goals, assist with email and text campaigns, maintain a positive community environment, and resolve resident concerns.
  • Perform daily opening and closing checklists, inspect model & tour routes, perform housekeeping, participate in Landmark Lineup and required staff meetings, adhere to corporate procedures and government laws on Fair Housing, respond to inquiries, keep detailed activity logs, label and log resident packages, enforce community policies, and assist in collecting fees.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation schedule and perform after-hours lockouts, assist in move-in & move-out days, unit inspections & trash outs, unit make-readies, and additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant major preferred.
  • Minimum 1-year sales and marketing experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1-year residential leasing experience preferred.
  • Locally mandated licenses/certifications strongly preferred and, in some cases, required.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Reliable and self-disciplined.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Entrata experience preferred.
  • Available to work evening and weekend hours, university closings, and turn periods.

Pay

The pay range for this position is between $18.00 - $20.00 annually depending on a variety of factors including market factors in the geographical location where the candidate lives.
