Requirements

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Property management software proficiency (e.g., CPM, Proservic)
• Knowledge of financial analysis and budgeting
• Understanding of market trends and economic conditions

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
