Primary Responsibilities
- Oversight and management of marketing tour paths, target viewing apartments
- Ensuring rent-ready apartments, model homes, and community amenities are immaculate
- Managing the effectiveness of mini-model items, their placement, and presentation
- Answering incoming calls, converting them into walk-in traffic, setting viewing appointments, and recording all leasing traffic daily
- Maintaining timely and respectful communication with applicants upon receiving results
- Implementing a plan to improve conversion ratios for all leasing associates
- Reviewing and processing all applications immediately upon receipt
- Meeting with the Community Director regularly to review leasing performance and goals, to improve leasing initiatives and strategy
- Aiding in the preparation of monthly financial performance reports with onsite teams; supporting strategies for meeting budget, revenue management, and expense control
- Aiding in all resident, financial, analytic, and reporting functions for the community
- Completing market analysis and shopping competitive properties daily; implementing marketing and leasing strategies daily
- Coordinating daily activities of the leasing team through the management of People, Product, Price, and Promotion
- Providing supervision, direction, and structure to the leasing team in the absence of the Community Director or Supervisor
- Effectively coordinating daily activities of the leasing team through the management of People, Product, Price, and Promotion
- Exercising discretion and independent judgment in the daily marketing and advertising functions of the community to enhance performance
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the community, residents, and competitor properties at all times
- Ensuring market-ready apartments, common areas, and amenities are clean and maintained daily to Weidner’s quality standards

Qualifications
- 3+ years of leasing experience with outstanding customer service skills
- Prior management experience preferred
- Complete tasks in a safe and efficient manner
- Work in a fast-paced environment with strong motivation to learn & contribute on a daily basis
- Able to give professional directions clearly in person, over the phone, email, and text
- Experienced in Microsoft products preferred (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Yardi and Paycom experience preferred; Willing and able to learn new software programs

- Prompt, regular attendance; wear company dress code/uniform & maintain professional appearance at all times
- Work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment and/or independently
- Able to work outside of normal scheduled hours as needed
- Willing and able to be assigned to other Weidner properties as needed
- Working knowledge of English; detail oriented, well organized
- Must agree to a criminal background check and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing
- Must have access to personal vehicle and/or reliable transportation, at all times
- Driver’s license, vehicle and vehicle insurance must be valid and unexpired at all times and match the country in which associate will work
