Leasing Manager

About the role

We have an immediate need for an onsite Community Manager! This is a lead role managing leasing, resident relations and supporting maintenance. The ideal candidate will be available immediately, have Yardi experience and be comfortable managing a large complex and leasing agents.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and respond to residential needs and concerns
• Tour potential residents and answer location related questions
• Process work orders and assist maintenance manager as needed
• Support onsite staff including Leasing Agent and Facilities Teams
• Respond to incoming messages

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of property management experience
• 2+ years onsite leadership in property management
• Yardi proficiency

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $27 - $30/hr
• Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
• Location: Central San Diego, Clairmont
