Leasing Manager
Student housing leasing has its own rhythm. Lease-up cycles compress into short windows, renewals require early and consistent outreach, and traffic management demands both speed and warmth. The Leasing Manager role at Redstone Residential in Kent, Ohio sits squarely inside that rhythm, supporting the Community Manager across daily operations while owning the leasing function as its primary focus. Redstone is one of the larger third-party student housing operators in the country, managing over 38,000 beds across 20 states. Their Kent property is part of a growing conventional portfolio alongside their student housing base, which means this role carries real operational weight at the community level.
