About the role

Join Madison Communities as a Leasing Manager and provide exceptional service to both current and prospective residents, driving leasing success while showcasing our communities as the premier choice in the market.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch service to current and prospective residents, ensuring they have an outstanding experience.
• Drive leasing success by effectively leasing apartments, meeting occupancy goals, and promoting our communities as the #1 choice in the market.
• Stay informed about our properties, amenities, and the competition to confidently showcase our offerings.
• Monitor leasing traffic, follow up with prospects, and analyze trends to optimize leasing strategies.
• Ensure seamless and compliant leasing transactions by managing the lease process from application review to finalizing paperwork.
• Conduct final inspections and walkthroughs to ensure every home is move-in ready for new residents.
• Build strong relationships with residents and coordinate lease renewals to maximize retention.
• Engage in outside marketing efforts to establish Madison Communities as the go-to choice for apartment living.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills – You’re a natural at connecting with people and making them feel at home.
• Creativity & problem-solving – You think outside the box to attract and retain residents.
• Tech-savvy – Comfortable with MS Office and property management software.
• Property management experience – Preferred, but not required – if you have sales or leasing experience, we want to hear from you!
• Strong organizational skills – You juggle multiple tasks while keeping things running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales or leasing preferred, but not required.
