Leasing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing
• Executes the marketing and leasing strategy for the BKM portfolio of multi-tenant industrial properties.
• Maintains company and property visibility with the brokerage and prospect community through industry events and marketing programs to maximize property exposure to the marketplace.
• Coordinates with the internal marketing team and external brokers to update and maintain marketing materials, including but not limited to, brochures, leasing signage, flyers, site plans, and floor plans.
• Coordinates with other employees to assist with broker and tenant relations events.

Qualifications

• RE License preferred
• 3-5 years of work experience in a leasing / property management role within commercial real estate
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to speak and write diplomatically
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office system
• Motivated and results-driven with strong work ethic
• Exercise discretion and independent judgement
• Yardi/AVID experience a plus
• Champion the use of AI and emerging technologies to improve process efficiency
