• Oversee the coordination of all project phases including design, bidding, construction, and post-construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in construction management or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management software such as Procore or similar tools.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green building certifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
