Leasing Consultant - Part Time
About the role
Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management company, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team. The primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service representation, manage all leases, coordinate property viewings, and execute new lease agreements.
Responsibilities
- Manage all leases from potential and existing clients.
- Cookordinate property viewings, follow-ups and updating of contact management database.
- Market all rental listings.
- Schedule lease applications and adhere to compliance requirements.
- Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes.
- Prepare all lease-related paperwork.
- Manage regulatory and compliance related services.
- Respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections.
- Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties.
- Work in a high-pressure environment, interact with difficult customers/vendors, handle urgent matters, resolve conflicts, and have effective interpersonal skills.
Qualifications and Education
- Minimum 1-year experience in similar role or related field.
- Able to multi-task and quickly adapt to change.

- Able to work a flexible schedule when needed.

Physical Demands
The position is required to regularly sit for long periods of time, walk, stand, climb stairs, and communicate with residents, staff, family members and the public. You may be exposed to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow is common. You will also periodically be confined to a vehicle.

Pay
$19/hr plus commission
Schedule
This position will average 24 hours per week. Must be available to work Saturdays.
