About the Role
Weinstein Properties, a forward-thinking property management company owning and managing over 21,000 apartments across Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia, is seeking a Part Time Leasing Consultant for Bexley Wolf Ranch in Georgetown, TX. This role offers 20 hours per week, including 2–3 Saturdays per month (9am–5pm) with the team, plus flexible weekday hours. Sundays are closed.
Responsibilities
- Work with prospects interested in learning about the communities
- Answer internet leads and phone calls, schedule appointments, and conduct property tours
- Process leasing applications, prepare lease paperwork, and coordinate security deposits and lease signings
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, assisting with renewals, notices to vacate, early termination, pet additions, transfers, and account questions
- Collaborate with maintenance: walk ready apartments, monitor property needs, and follow up with residents on work orders or maintenance requests
- Create a positive move-in experience for new residents
- Process move-outs and security deposit dispositions
- Post rent payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Plan, prepare, and host resident activities
Requirements
- Strong customer service and administrative experience
- Background in customer service, sales, hospitality, or property management welcomed
- Gracious, warm, and genuine nature
- Positive, upbeat, high-energy demeanor
- Pride in work and ownership of property
- Helpful, friendly attitude dedicated to excellent customer service
- Self-motivated and comfortable staying busy throughout the day

Pay
$20/hr plus quarterly bonus potential (not commission based).
