About the role
Leasing Consultant at Highlands at Dearborn Apartment Homes, a premier class-A 446-unit garden-style community located 30 minutes from downtown Boston off Route 1 in Peabody, MA. Responsibilities
- Tour and present the community in a compelling way and assist prospective residents with finding the right apartment home
- Manage the leasing and renewal process from start to finish
- Monitor local market trends and update property comparables to stay competitive
- Inspect vacant apartment homes to ensure they are ready for new residents
- Plan and coordinate fun and festive resident functions throughout the year
- Build strong working relationships with residents by providing outstanding customer service
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, retail sales, hotel/hospitality, or customer service
- Previous leasing experience is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills
- Working experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Hotel or hospitality industry experience as a concierge, guest services representative, front desk attendant, or reservations agent is a plus

Pay
Pay range: $16.46 – $19.43 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, training, and certifications. This range does not include additional compensation such as commissions or bonuses.
