Brief Description
SYNC Residential is hiring an experienced Leasing Professional to drive sales efforts at our Missouri City communities: SYNC at Sienna and Villas at Sienna in the beautiful and highly desirable Sienna neighborhood. Candidates must have at least two years of multifamily leasing experience preferably at garden-style properties with a proven strong closing ratio and ability to create social media and marketing content. ResMan experience and Spanish-English Bilingual preferred but not required. Valid Driver's License required.
A Day In the Life
- Touring prospective residents while assisting them through the entire application and leasing process
- Communicating and following up with prospects via the CRM
- Maintaining incoming calls and inquiries from current and prospective residents
- Creating social media content and marketing materials to promote the community
- Completing outreach marketing within the neighborhood and at preferred employers
- Completing audits of community website and online listing sites to verify all information is up to date and operating properly
- Opening and closing model apartment and show units for touring
- Ensuring move in packets and units are prepared for new residents
- Planning and participating in resident events
- Acts as the first line contact, verbally and in-person, for all prospects, vendors, fellow employees, management executives and public in general
- Attempts to lease apartments shown and/or preleases apartments with notices to vacate through new contacts and renewals of existing residents
- Increase value of real estate by reaching and maintaining maximum occupancy of apartments and their maximum rates
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of two years of multifamily leasing experience is required
- Previous marketing/ social media content creation highly preferred
- Saturdays 10am-5pm, MWF 9am-6pm, T/TH 10am-7pm (Sunday plus 1 weekday off)
- High school graduate or GED is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver's License required

Performance and Expectations
- The incumbent shall perform his/her duties using standard levels of productivity and dependability, ensuring completion in a timely manner and zero-defect manner
- A 50% closing ratio should be consistently attempted
- Must be able to provide clear and consistent verbal and written communication to others
- Must portray a clean, neat, well-groomed professional appearance
- Must be honest, trustworthy, enthusiastic and team/project oriented
- A flexible workweek is mandatory
- The incumbent must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good resident relations and service staff and residents
- Evening and weekend work is typical and usual
Summary
Position Summary: Responsible for all sales and on-site marketing and to increase and maintain a high property occupancy and leased position. Serves as first point of contact for property office.
