About the role
Monarch Investment and Management Group, one of the top privately owned multifamily housing companies, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their growing team in Lubbock, TX. Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm; varying Saturdays, 10:00 am–2:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants
- Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities
- Lease vacant apartments to new residents
- Renew leasing contracts with existing residents
- Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts
- Assist property team with marketing efforts
- Participate in community outreach for brand awareness
- Foster and maintain relationships with on-site residents
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
Pay
$16.00–$17.00 per hour, plus eligibility for Monarch's commission structure.
