About the role

Full-time Leasing Agent in a luxury, fast-paced environment dedicated to creating an outstanding resident and prospect experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a polished, welcoming first impression for prospects and residents.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and convert leads into property tours.
• Showcase residences and amenities to generate new leases.
• Deliver exceptional resident service, including lead conversions, management of leasing files and execution, concierge-level assistance, and maintenance coordination.
• Participate in leasing coverage as needed.
• Community networking and outreach.

Requirements

• Previous leasing, hospitality, or luxury customer service experience.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, driven, polished, and customer service oriented.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated & self-starter with a commitment to excellence and attention to every detail.
