This position supports multiple apartment communities and assists with leasing, administrative tasks, resident relations, and property operations while upholding company standards and ensuring a smooth move-in and move-out experience. Weekend availability is required. Key Responsibilities Provide superior customer service to residents, prospects, and vendorsConduct and assist with market surveysShow apartments, lease units, and assist with resident move-insUpdate unit availability daily and maintain accurate leasing informationProcess rental applications in accordance with company proceduresSubmit and track maintenance requests for residentsReceive and record collections following company standardsProvide general clerical, office, and phone supportMaintain complete and accurate resident files and documentationManage move-in calendars to ensure appointments are completed and units meet move-in standardsAddress and help resolve resident concerns; escalate issues to the Supervisor when necessaryConduct move-out walks and support the move-out processPerform additional duties as assigned Special Requirements Physical Demands Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach, talk, and hearOccasional climbing may be requiredMust be able to work at a computer and use a phone for extended periodsMust be able to detect auditory and visual alarmsAvailability to work flexible and extended hours, including weekends.
