The Leasing Consultant plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for prospective residents while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process. This position supports multiple apartment communities and assists with leasing, administrative tasks, resident relations, and property operations while upholding company standards and ensuring a smooth move-in and move-out experience. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors
• Conduct and assist with market surveys
• Show apartments, lease units, and assist with resident move-ins
• Update unit availability daily and maintain accurate leasing information
• Process rental applications in accordance with company procedures
