Leasing and Sales Consultant

About the role

University City Housing (UCH) is a Philadelphia‑based firm that buys, renovates, maintains and manages real estate for long‑term investment, with over 4,000 residential units and 250,000 sq ft of commercial space. The full‑time Leasing & Sales Consultant serves as a brand ambassador for the apartment communities, leasing apartments through product demonstration and follow‑up, assisting Property and Leasing Managers with projects, supporting onsite marketing, and helping plan and execute local marketing initiatives and resident engagement. Responsibilities

• Leasing activities and administration: scheduling appointments, conducting tours, preparing and organizing lease paperwork
• Communicate effectively with prospective and current tenants in person, over the phone, and by written correspondence (email, website, social media)
• Social media and marketing campaigns
• Planning resident events
• Project management relating to periodic inspections and other tasks to assist the Property and Leasing Managers

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Experience with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Flexibility with hours and days worked; weekend availability required
• Leasing and sales experience preferred
