About the role

The Consultant provides clients with a superior experience throughout their lifecycle with Cotality. Working closely with clients through deployment on Restoration CRM and DASH, and beyond, this role builds meaningful relationships to ensure clients realize maximum value from Cotality’s software.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Adoption: Manage and coordinate client implementations by driving software adoption, best practices, and client accountability through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Consultative Analysis: Analyze client business practices to guide necessary process transitions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Deployment & Setup: Set up new client databases, CLC teams, contacts, and assigned learning paths.
  • Client Engagement: Lead hand-off calls with Sales to align on deliverables, and host weekly client deployment meetings to establish methodology and practical application.
  • Ongoing Relationship Management: Maintain calendar availability for client meetings, develop long-term client relationships, and support the Help Desk team when needed.
  • Project Support: Contribute to special projects as required.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in customer service, client enablement, sales, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business problems, identify resources, and independently drive solutions.
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with experience presenting to diverse group sizes.
  • Self-directed with strong prioritization skills and minimal need for supervision.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly master new software platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Cotality products and Restoration industry practices to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) (preferred).

Pay

Annual pay range: $67,000 - $80,000 USD
