About the role

The Leasing & Marketing Associate will greet prospective residents, manage inquiries, and support resident events.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and guide them through tours of the community.
• Highlight features, benefits, and lifestyle offerings that differentiate the property.
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Create and post engaging social media and marketing content.
• Support resident events and outreach campaigns to strengthen community engagement.
• Aid in leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals.

Requirements

• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or marketing (training provided).
• Comfortable with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20-22/hr. JVM Management, Inc. determines individual pay within this range based on factors including qualifications, experience, scope of responsibilities, and internal equity.

Schedule
