About the role
The Leasing Agent role is dedicated to finding prospects and helping them choose to lease. This includes nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: from initial phone call to property tour, to completing the lease/application paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process
- Understanding each prospect’s needs by frequently following up via phone, text, email, and social media
- Showing apartments and providing information about the community
- Helping prospects complete lease/application paperwork
- Training new employees as needed
Requirements
- Cheerful, Positive Attitude
- Must have valid driver's license
- Weekends required
- Vehicle required
- Personal Smart Phone technology required
- OneSite experience a plus

- Previous experience is not required

*$17-$18 Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
