Leasing Agent - Jefferson on the Lake

About the role

The Leasing Agent role is dedicated to finding prospects and helping them choose to lease. This includes nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: from initial phone call to property tour, to completing the lease/application paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process
• Showcasing apartments while understanding each prospect’s needs
• Frequent follow-ups via phone, text, email, and social media
• Talking with people, being friendly and cheerful
• Loving to make a difference in people’s lives

Requirements

• Cheerful, Positive Attitude
• Valid driver's license
• Weekends required
• Vehicle required
• Personal Smart Phone technology required
• OneSite experience a plus

Pay

*$18 - $20 Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
